A couple of years ago Donnelly Skylights installed two 14″ sun tunnels in our very dark living room, which made quite a difference.

When we recently decided to look into having sun tunnels installed in our bathrooms (otherwise known as The Black Holes because
of no natural light), we started by contacting another well-known local company advertising 20% off. That company missed the first
estimate appointment entirely, came out a week later, took photos, gave us a rough verbal estimate after the sale which had suddenly
shrunk to 15%, and were told the ‘official’ estimate would come from Victoria, but we have yet to hear from them. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Meanwhile, we went back to Donnelly. Joe came out the same day because he was installing just around the corner, he gave us a written estimate on the spot, which was lower than the one provided by the other company.

To make a long story short, the sun tunnels were installed today and we’re delighted. Showed up on time with fast, efficient,friendly,
professional service, left the job site tidy and got along great with our boisterous pack of dogs. Joe provided a computerized receipt for payment before he left, and within an hour we received the warranty information and a nice ‘thank you’ by e-mail.

Our only ‘problem’ (ha ha) is that the light provided by these tunnels is so excellent that every time my husband and I walk past a bathroom, we reach for the switch to turn off the light! It’s totally transformed both rooms.
